Return & Exchange Policy
We understand — sometimes things just don’t fit right, or maybe you changed your mind. That’s okay!
Return Conditions
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Exchange Process
1. Email us at info@takeonepk.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
3. You’ll need to ship the item back to us. Once received, we’ll send out your replacement.
Non-returnable Items
- Items part of limited-time drops are **not eligible** for return.
- Worn, stained, or damaged products are **not accepted**.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.
- In case of a defect, we’ll cover the full cost of replacement.
